Smithfield Monthly Arts Stroll SmARTS

I will be displaying my artwork as part of Smithfield's Monthly Arts Stroll this Friday, November 14th , 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. I will be at En Core Pilates & Physical Therapy: ww.EnCorePilatesAndPT.com En Core is located above the Visitor's Center at 337 Main Street. Come on upstairs, look around and say hello.

This month will feature a FREE Tram Service. It will continuously loop from the shops at Smithfield Station, travel up Church Street, make its way down Main Street, and return to Smithfield Station. Stroll through the shops of Historic Downtown Smithfield where you will view stunning art, listen to captivating music and enjoy beverages and a light bite to eat. For more information:

Don't forget about the reception for "Out and About Norfolk 2008" on Saturday, November 15th, from 6-8pm. A friend and I were outside today painting in the rain, well actually under a pavilion at Ocean View park. Even with the weather, it was a lot of fun. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.

I will be participating in this outdoor painting event. My plan is to paint in the Ocean View area on Thursday and somewhere in downtown Norfolk on Friday. This is my painting from 2007, it won a purchase award! It was a great event, we all had so much fun and that was before the award.
